What's the best way to paint the DS tracks ?

I prime them with Mr Surface 1200 or Tamiya Fine in the rattlecan.After that I paint and weather them as I would any indie track.I have taken to base coating my German tracks with Modelmaster Burnt Umber.then I use appropriate washes and pigments.dry brush high points with some type of metal.

I have painted them just the same as other tracks including Fruils. I start with a coat of NATO black and then add washes and pigments.
