Thanks for the perks!

The weathering here is exquisite, small touches like the chipped varnish on the wooden seats add a lot. I think the "sarge" would have had the crew's dangly bits in a jam jar for letting the .50 cal get in that state but that is the only nit I can pick. I won't start begging you to tell how you get these effects (although I would love to do just that) but will try and figure it myself. Cheers and happy model building,

Now you got it.  In 1915, the Italians overcame entrenched Austrian forces holding the high ground near Passo Falzarego.  Heading west of Falzarego is some of the most spectacular alpine terrain in Europe.  Being a cyclist, I always wanted to ride a 45 mile loop called the selle ring that encircles the Selle massif.  It is comprised of 4 mountain passes; Passo Campolongo, Passo Gardena, Passo Sella and Passo Pordoi.  Time and life events prevented me from ever accomplishing the ride.  My username keeps the dream alive.

Ah,.. I like to cook.  One reason is because food goes well with wine. 

Pordoi; it sounds French.  But think Italy.  Northern Italy... just west of the location of a well known and fierce battle between the Italians and Austrians in WWI.  If that  doesn't ring a bell, ask Dupes.  He should know..., it should be right down his alley.

Stevo I got this link from your reply in my thread and thankful i am, this is imho your best yet, i personally love these tanks and have built a couple myself using the same kits and still have more to do but even though the kits require work they build up into a very nice model, yours is spectacular my friend the painting and weathering is truly beautiful i think your style is perfect for russian armour it really looks like its seen it all, awesome man,,

I did notice the barbed wire, but alas like others did not mention it. I did save the images on my PC to serve as reference of different finishings, yours is a  superb piece of work.
