Thanks for your kind words, jetmodeler. As far as I know, "Art Instructor" - the modeler of this tank - used many things to weather it. Starting from airbrushing three rounds of base color (green), each round he would add white color to the green to make lighter green. This will make the base color looks faded through time. He also used a very fine brush to add chipping with 70% black + 30% dark brown color. Pastel chalk was also used to add rust in some places. Hope this helps!
