Finally got some pics up
Posted by wipw on Thursday, January 8, 2004 10:35 PM
Well, I finally got some (not terribly good) pics up on Ron's site. But I can't seem to link them in yet. Here's the link (I hope) for Ron's upload site.
http://rongeorge.com/modules/Gallery/upload?page=2

I've got 7 pics up. Two of my Pz II/G, one of DML's 1/72 Elefant, one of Revell/Germany's Pz IV and Esci"s JadgPanzer IV, and three of my Tiger 1.

Thanks, Robert. I appreciate that. I'll be so glad to build an Allied tank and have NO zimmerit to worry about!! lol And only one color, to boot! I'm beginning to understand why you like Shermans so much!! lol

Thanks, build, and thanks for linking them in for me. I've been doing it wrong. I'd like to do a thread and put down what I've got in that Pz II. It was quite a bit of work, in the long (ver long) run.

Have a good night.

Very cool, do you have any pictures as if the camera was a 1/35 scale guy looking at it?

I wondered why the Panzer 2 had only been looked at twice when I went in....then read down further and saw Build had linked the pics to his post - Duh.

I gotta agree, I like the little 'un the best. I love the headlight lenses they look great.

I also like the 'Sturmtiger prototype' He, He. The Tiger really does need a barrel to give it the claws out look doesn't it.

Thanks for posting.

Nope, I haven't tried that yet. These pics came from my first forey with checking out how the camera worked. But that is something I'll have to try.

Thanks to all of you for the kind comments. As you all know, it's really fun to be able to share a little what I've done, and to know it's been appreciated.

Thanks, again

Hey, some nice-looking stuff there indeed, and I'll bet as you improve your model photography skills the pics will bring out the goodness of the build-ups even more.

I wonder how long it's going to take me to take good pics of models -- my photos are so terrible as to be sometimes indecipherable --- "Hey, nice battleship Larry." "Uh, it's a truck."
