The live fire was a rush! I had only been around tube arty and was used to the fire commands used there and becuase of that I almost missed the launches with my camera. I got a few mini movies to go with.

I can't seem to get the marcopolo link to work. But, I'll snoop around some this weekend to find what's up with that.

The rocket pods are almost a kit in themselves! I had thought about drilling out the end caps and thining down the tube walls, but time was a big factor in my project. I was trying to have a batteries worth for the live fire and ended up one short cause of the road wheel. Oh well! I don't think that anybody noticed that or that fact that an ADA guy built them......

Scott,
For the empty pods, two are scratch and the other two were from another kit with drilled out end caps. Thanks for the comments. Pretty awesome to watch them live-fire, isn't it.

Awesome, thank you very much for the info!

Great job on the dio! I think now I'm going to have to get a few Hemitts to go with my launchers! I watched my first MLRS live fire this week and it was great!

Did you buy extra models or pods; or did you scratch build the empty ones?

Thanks again!!

Scott,
US Distributer of DML/Dragon is Marco Polo Imports. They are usually pretty quick on replacement parts. I got an Abrams hatch within about two weeks, in which time I found the original. Try them here: www.marcopoloimport.com

By the way, I love the M270 MLRS kit. I too have built many. Here's one of mine.

Who distributes Dragon in the States? If you haven't already, I'd say try to contact them.

replacement parts from DML / Shanghai Dragon

Does any body know how to contact DML / Shanghai Dragon for replacement parts. I have tried several different e-mail addresses for them and have had no luck getting any information on how I could accomplish this.

I have put together nine (yup 9!!) of their M270 MLRS kits for a little project and have either come up one road wheel set short, or, heaven forbid, lost one in the whole process.

And since I have no experience in casting, or know anybody close by that could help, I'm running a little short on road wheels. Disapprove [V]

Any and all thoughts are greatly welcomed!!
