White Hummers? What's the deal?
Posted by MartianGundamModeler on Thursday, January 22, 2004 4:25 AM
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about these white UN vehicles that have supposedly been sited in the U.S. I tried to make a link but it didn't work but her's some pics...
Hummers http://www.newswatchmagazine.org/unvehpict/unveh3.htm

Ambulance http://www.newswatchmagazine.org/unvehpict/unambul2.jpg

Hummer trucks http://www.newswatchmagazine.org/unvehpict/unconvoy.jpg

Hummer trucks w/t canvas http://www.newswatchmagazine.org/unvehpict/un2high.jpg

Let it be known I know nothing about this web site nor what it stands for. I was just looking for pics of UN vehicles so I can build something different. The only two places I have found these pics have been a couple of relgious/political sites. I havfen't noted them anywhere else. They may or may not be legit you miltary and ex-military guys would know better than me [ after all, I'm just a poor rookie copWink [;)]Big Smile [:D]]. For I all i know they could be Photo Shopped BS. Anyways, I thought these vehicles [the white UN Hummer and UN Hummer Ambulance] would make intersting builds. Comments?

From the timestamp on the photos, it's a fair bet that they are heading for peacekeeping duties in post-war Bosnia.
