NOOOOOOOOOOO!!
I saved a thread to my links abiout building Dargons Sd.Kfz.251/17 Ausf.D and now it's gone.
I was going to build it this winter when I had more free time and I remember there was several probles with the build.
if anybody can find out how to find it again PLEASE let me know.
Just popped into the forums to check out the new look. Its definitely taking some getting used to but I'm not quite ready to jump ship. Where I work change and adaptation is the norm, so I guess I'll have to adapt here as well!
It suck that members lost their post count........

Wow...this new format is tedious for me at best...and I'm really not saying that "off the cuff"...
...this makes the last change in format seem like nothing...This change is much more significant...Can't say that I really like it much at all...
And, yes, you will get used to anything after awhile...even having fire-ants eat at your exposed flesh while someone puts out lit cigars on your forehead---but that doesn't make it good...
No, they are there. Just hover your cursor over the medals and it will show the post count. Apparently, though, many people (myself included) will see a decline in their post counts because of threads that were deleted.

At this point..
Definitely will take getting use to.
Colour scheme is too soft, with each post floating on nothingness.

Jack
Ps. the reason for thread was an accidental posting from my Haunted Tank thread while trying out the new forum...

Also doesn't show a person location. It can be very useful to see where people are.

It always takes a while for things to settle down and get used to...smiles will probably be back... there is always some sorting out ...DO NOT PANIC !!! LOL
AGREED!
This looks bloody awful. Is this meant to aid those with sight problems. Going to take more getting used to than the last change.
lolol...
tigerman Where are the smilies?
Where are the smilies?
Here we are.......
Thanks Hans.
I'm still seeing old pics..
yup.. another thing... when adding pics.. I had to use the "insert video" and use the direct link, instead of the HTML link I've always used.. I wonder if all the pics I posted before are still see-able ??
Click on "Use Rich Text Formatting" and you'll see all the smilies again..
I didn't know they were going to revamp the whole thing. Wonder how many people will jump ship? Where are the smilies?
yup.. spose so... but its not fun so far... you cant edit a heading on a thread to reflect an update... New Post within the thread means.. NEW POST.. not add a post the thread ur in...
You'll get used to it..
the new posting way??? ... ummmm... not liking so far..
