Really nice build there. Had not seen this kit before, i'll have to look out for it.

Nice job on the figures as well, i do like thosefrom Alpine.

Yes; that is a very good looking StuG III. By itself it stands alone with the paint scheme and weathering but the addition of the 2 figures just throws it over the top. Nice job.

Exellent ! If you cropped the last shot you would swear it was real !

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

Nice Stug!  The only comment that I have for improvement is that the wheels and tracks need to be dirtied up a bit to match the weathering on the hull.  Great job otherwise!

Thanks for that, Anthony.

I've read some posts about the sprocket having a different shape/details, but looks fine here.

Yeah that's a great job on the Stug and the figures. Yes

Looks to be an excellent portrayal of a desert Stug. Yes

What did you find lacking when compared to Dragon?

regards,

Jack

Thanks Jack,if you can believe it,I just found the Dragons to be less fiddly, better engineered, could just be me.

Looks great!  Weathering is very good, and the figures really add to the kit.

Your bench looks fairly organized.  I am jealous.

Great looking model.  Now you need a desert scene to put it in.

That looks super. Nice weathering, chipping and those figures are top notch. Alpine makes some great figures. Love the jerry can rack. Did you scratch build that?

No sir, came with the kit, thanks for the comments.

I just got this finished up over the weekend. It was a very enjoyable build. Not as nice as the Dragon Panzer III family, but still nice.It had PE,a metal barrel, and workable tracks which went together pretty nicely.Mostly painted with Vallejo and weathered with Mig and AK products.I added an Alpine Figure set.Pics from my phone, thanks for looking.
