Tried something new with this, Krycell snow wash. I kept the weathering simple on this as I wanted to focus more on the snow/ice effect.
I used gunze acrylic for tank colour, tracks were painted with Vallejo Model Color Burnt Iron, for weathering I used a mix of Flory black and brown wash airbrushed on. Also some Vallejo Dark Earth paste thinned with Vallejo thinners put on to a stiff brush and used the airbrush to blow along the bottom of model. The same paste was used for the tank to sit on.
Nice work, the snow looks great. Just looking at her makes me feel cold.
Now thats how a "dusting" of snow is supposed to look !
You hit that "elusive" nail on the head !
Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"
