Having failed on previous attempts to prepare the right mix myself, I decided to try out one of the Tamiya Panel Line Accent products, which come in the following colours: light gray, gray, dark gray, brown, dark brown or black.

I imagine black would be too strong, whereas gray might not fit in, seeing as the vehicle would have been dirty and grimy.

Which one do you feel is best for a IIWW winter vehicle? Do you feel as if the choice depends on the intensity of the weathering process? Thank you.
