Dragon Panther F Kit 9008 regarding the steel road wheels.

Hi everyone,

Anyone have experience with this old Dragon kit?  I want to use the steel road wheels, but I could use help getting them figured out.  They all seem like they would be rubbing on each other if these were meant to be on anything but a static kit.  Plus the very first set of wheels behind the drive sprocket look like they would be knocking the teeth off.  Just looks off to me, and is the reason this thing has been sitting on the bench unfinished.

Thanks.

Jim

Just curious. Speaking from  (ahem) a little personal experience with other AFV models, and knowing that Dragon instructions do come with errors: have you double checked that the swing arms are on in the correct order/ side?

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Well, I certainly hope so, because there's no going back now.  This is something I started at least 10 years ago, if not more.  It got pushed to the side partly due to the road wheels and mostly due to losing my touch for painting.

Edit:  The "rubber" road wheels line up pretty much like you'd expect them to.
