Depending on what you want them to be doing, there are several options available from Dragon, Tamiya and Verlinden. Gun crews, briefings, maintenance crews etc. Some of the panzergrenadiers and assault troops have some great positions and just because the box art or the original intention was for the figure to be carrying a gun doesn't mean you can't replace it with ammo.

This is a great opportunity to break into some minor figure conversion.

Check around a bit and look at the options available. With some minor equipment substitutions you can probobly work up some great positions for your gun crew.
