FA18 Hornet cracked canopy 1:48

Are you going to pose the canopy open or closed?  If you are going to pose it open you could get a replacement canopy from anybody.  

If you can't get one from Hobby Boss I'd recommend getting one from Hasegawa USA.  You would need part L1 from kit PT50, the 1/48 F/A-18C kit.  They will send the entire sprue which includes all the clear parts I believe but you only really need the canopy.  They will charge $10 or $15 and it takes about 4 weeks to arrive to the US.

Check Sprue Brothers' web site, they have lots of different replacement canopies.

Sorry for my slow response.  it's been so long since I've touched this model after I broke the canopy and had a tanty!!

Anyway, I've contacted Hasegawa and Sprue Brothers as you suggested.  I want the model in a flying state, but maybe i can modify another brand canopy for this...  You would think that if they are dimensionally correct, that you could use a canopy from any kit...
