Your builds turn out great but I think what really sets things apart from alot of the rest is your photography. You sure know how to whatever already looks good into something that's turned up a couple of notches from that. Good stuff buddy. Yes

Yep. Was just gonna say the camera work is on a par with the build.

A number Army Viet Nam scans from hundreds yet to be done:

Have had the great fortune to be on every side of the howitzers.

Ditto to Mustangs comments. Great build and great photos.

LOL that is a very funny comment, thank you (I think?!)

Actually one of them is not on my shelf sadly! The original 58 Corvette (not the racing one) is actually a replica of a friends car that he is selling, so its on his shelf!

Glad you liked them.

Sorry!

You get twenty demerits for shrinking a real interior down and claiming  you built it. Also the shrinking Machine must be shut down. Now that said, Why do the two cars, even when side by side look like different shades of the same color? Did you use a different color primer perhaps?

Well even with all that's wrong with it I like it. Wrong you say? You Bet! You have two sexy, great looking cars and they are NOT on my shelves, they are on yours !LOL.LOL.LOL.LOL.

Very nice!  The interior looks fantastic.   Dig the windshield!  Well done.

Thanks,

John

The kit I used for this is a Monogram models ProModeller kit, which is a beautiful kit. I built two actually, I'll post the "stock" version separately (although there are some pictures below with the two together).

This post is about the racing version which I am very happy with, and lots of modifications to the engine, body work (cut down windscreen, added side vents, cut out hood for engine, interior (flocking for carpet, custom racing seatbelts by Eduardo), clearly lots of decals from various sources, BMF for the chrome.

Paint was made for me custom by splashaints which I continue to rate highly.

Let me know what you think, hope you like it!
