Every time I read a reply to your post I find myself looking at your photos and admiring the finished car. I bought mine a few weeks ago and am now really looking forward to building it. Thanks for posting.

Thanks keavdog, Ah but I like things to be different. We built various full size kit cars (about 30+ years ago) and helped others build theirs. I always suggested other colours, red/blue etc. Ours were Duttons, more like today's cross-overs, other were Westfields which were Lotus Seven clones, Locust's and others were VW based Charger's and Nova's. Which were both open and closed sporst cars.

That's cool.  I think every single one I've seen has been done in British racing green.

Thanks,

John

My bad!  I thought the Lotus Seven Series 2 did not have posable steering.  I just looked at mine again and it does have posable steering.  Sorry about that!  It still looks great!

I also have the 1/24 kit and the steering is posable.

Looks great!  What scale is that? The 1/24 scale version I have doesn't have posable steering.

Built box stock, little or no paint, body came in polished white plastic, with operational steering.
