That would be cool!
I have this kit in my stash. I've assembled the turbine and some other bits, and am currently trying to figure out how best to make a mold so I can use a resin copy on a couple of other projects. One idea was to get the TV series Batmobile and cut the hood open with a turbine under the hood. I mean, it was turbine-powered.

Couldn't park it where leaves were present or there was real danger of a fire.
Hello O.O.:
I have built probably about four or five of these. The Purple one was the hardest in terms of fit. Yup, it was actually done in purple plastic once! The Real car(Our neighbor and us families got one)Surprisingly!) Problem with the real one, Exhaust Temp! Melted Plastic on the car front close by, if you parellel parked too close! 1575 hundred degrees Straight back!

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!! These are such cool cars!! That is one thing I miss about manufacturers like Jo-Han. They had the neatest subject material.
Pretty tricky and everything that was not plated had to be painted, but doable if you are careful.
nice job on the Turbine. I've heard this is a hard kit to build. how'd you find it?
