I have to give you a Golden Thumbs Up ! That is plain and simply incredible. This is a true example of real Scratch-Building . ! T.B. ooops! I have to take the stuck Exacto-Blade out of that thumb First .I carve too. You'd be surprised how many birds are encased into a block of plain wood !
Greg Graham Green Got sick and tired of playing with plastic and listening to all and sundry bragging about the scratch-building they were doing. When in actual fact all that most of them are doing, is just modifying or kit-bashing something that comes in a box full of pre made plastic bits that they bought from a shop. Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
I don't think a horse would detract from the sulky. It would complete it.

This is also incredible.I saw many as a child at the track in Canada. Dad tried to get interested in Trotters and so we dove in head first .Horse never came first but the crafting on the Sulkies was awesome . It made me want to learn about wood-working and iron work as well.
By the way. Where's the Horse?

Very nicely done, Graham! I like the pinstriping decals - nice touch.
I know what you mean about scratchbuilding vs. assembling kit parts. I'm currently finishing a scratchbuild myself - to be posted soon.
Is there a small horse coming next?
