After 3 layers of gloss coat

..was probably not enough, because decals leaves some solvering even after lots of needle punctures, lots of supersol applications and cutting

main problems was on the black parts of wings!1

Looking good there bsyamato!

I have build the very simiar Revell Junker G-24 (old plastikard?) years ago. Looks like you are doing a better job then I did then.

The J.13 is indeed a very interesting subject ith its long production run and many user. If you would want to you could build dozens of them...

This is looking rather nice. It made me smile when i saw the pic of the seats. Its rather funny to think of any aircraft haveing a sofa and wicker chairs as compared to modern aircraft.

It may be better to paint the numbers.  My kit decals were awful, stiff and resistant to set and sol.  It's not easy to paint them either.  I made new decals with my ALPS but since the numbers are black an inkjet may work.  I also removed almost all the clear because clear loves to silver on the corrugations and changes the color of the silver wing as well.  Same thing when I built the G.38 but the corrugations are really tiny grooves on it.

thanx for the advice Jeaton but this will be a relax build ,will search only for correct colors on the inners seats etc.

Planning to do the seaplane version.. the decals sheet have 4 options for land version but only one for the seaplane Sad the unit is the one from osterrichische luftverkehrs AG olag, used in Austria on september 1923

i'm curious about decals power to wrap on the corrugates surface Tongue Tied

We've had a lot of discussion on the F.13 on the Wings of Peace Yahoo group.  Revell has issued two different versions of the kit, different in the way the fuselage corrugations are laid out.  But the F.13 is a hard one to model because so many incremental changes took place during it's fairly long life, and it really eventually just morphed into the W.34.

Too haste i used to close fuselages Bang Head sure to not find good reference on the web withouth search but insted lots of references about this little metal bird:

http://harmashatarhegy.hupont.hu/56/junkers-f13

find the engine support structures too... btw the engine bay included two sides pieces not only the precut piece that revell give..  work to do before to close the two fuselage, too late Sad

<SNIP>

For the engine probably best thing is to leave it closed , kit includes only the engine but no vivible structures Sad

Opportunity to scratch build!!  That's probably what I'd be lost in right now.  Propeller

Thanx for comments, decals include 5 or 6 choises (or more? Hmm) from differents operators, but for the floatplane if i remember only two, probably a 1923 subject used in austria. Want another copy to build the land version Stick out tongue

A relaxing build out of war subjects and GB Cool also my first civil subject

Almost OOB planned, just open one of passengers doors and the engine (included in the kit) hood

I glued most of main parts

i pre-cutted the door before to glue the fuselage, then complete the cut after glued fuselage on the wing to avoid align problems

kit include sea and land plane version, i choice the sea version

actual state
