Pinup Girls?

Master Box  has  done everything from historic and modern military figures to zombies so  World War Two era pin up girls shouldn't  be that much of a stretch.  The set contains six  female figures.  The hair styles look sort of like something  from the first half of the nineteen forties although I'm not that sure about the two piece bathing suites..   The set looks like it might be useful for a very different beach landing diorama.

The two piece outfits are about right for the era.    Scale?

There 1/35th scale like the rest of the figures in the Master Box World War Two series.

I'm not an expert on nineteen forties bathing suits.  In period film clips on U Tube USO (United Service Organization) performers are in one piece outfits but maybe that  was to get by the spoiled sports in the Hays film censorship office.

The Uncle Sam box art is enough to make you run out and buy war bonds.
