What scale? There are a lot of modern soldiers in 1/35. Tamiya, Trumpeter, Academy, ICM (they do good guys and bad guys), Zvezda (mainly modern Russians), Dragon are just the mainstream injection molded plastic modern figures that come to mind.

There are countless resin figures made by smaller companies like Warriors, Alpine, Verlinden, Blast, MIG, Live Resin, CMK, Legend, NATO in Miniatures, Accurate Armor, etc.

Right now, I think Trumpeter's modern military figure line is tops among the injection molded plastic figures in terms of variety.

Have a look here.

Master Box has a few sets of modern figures that are pretty good too.

There is a company called Armies in Plastic that released two sets of  "single piece" 1/32 scale modern U.S. troops last year. Although most of what they put out is a little too "toy soldierish" for my taste, these figures are very well done.
