Toyin' with the Enemy

Hello folks, wanted to share my latest 120mm figure.  I made this for my father in law who is a huge aircraft modeller who always enjoys my figure work (whether he is biased or not, I will take it!)  I am not completely through yet with this figure, some touchups still to do, like drybrushing, but wanted to get some other perspectives on it.  I weighted the base so it weights about 3lbs, thought it might make a cool paperweight? Let me know what you think!

Excuse the bad image quality, had to use the iphone...

nice job on the plane, I'm guessing that's one of those 1:700 or other tiny scale planes they make for carrier models, right? Either a Seafire or a normal Spitfire.

Hey Airborne,  nice job.  Thanks for sharing.  I really enjoy you folks who can do a smash up job on figures.

Thanks Eagle90.  I am fairly new to figures (usually armor) but really enjoy them especially when I can do camoflauge.

Ghostrider- I am not sure on the scale of the plane, I found the pieces of this kit in a clearance bin at the Chattanooga model show in January.  It was all resin and I think I spent more time cleaning the extra resin off than I did with making it.

Very cool - always nice to see a unique non-combat pose.
