bstarr3 I threw away a couple of figs from the monogram B25 when I was reorganizing my workshop. Should have kept them in the pile for future dioramas!

stikpusher bstarr3 Yeah the monogram kits are good for a couple of decent figures per kit usually. I threw away a couple of figs from the monogram B25 when I was reorganizing my workshop. Should have kept them in the pile for future dioramas! Yes I am filling Altoids tins full of 1/48 aircrew and ground crew figures. Now that my builds are evolving to the point that I feel comfortable doing bases and figures to display the build.

Oh, I didn't know we were supposed to hone our skills before diving into the deep end of the pool!
A couple other sources for 1/48 USN deck crew aviation support figures are the Tamiya Moto Tug set, and several of the old Monogram 1:48 USN aircraft kits such as the TBF, TBD, SBD, and F4F.
So they do. Thanks. I'll check it out.
i have that one but liked the look of the Eduard
Would this work as a substitute:

I've seen this kit of six molded plastic navy crewmen and mechanics in dungaree work uniforms. Unfortunately it seems to be out of production. Is there any online store where I could find them, or do I need to just keep my eye on eBay? No sign of this kit on ebay currently, by the way, although the eduard RAF and Luftwaffe crew kits are available.
