For the shoulder patch, the 82 is red, white and blue, red square with a blue circle and white "AA" in the circle. For clothing, they used the M1942 paratrooper fatigues from 1942- mid1944, the invasion of Sicily until Normandy. During Market Garden, or the Invasion of Holland, they wore the M1943 fatigues. The M1942's are a light OD, almost khaki; I think it is close to an OD #3. The M1943's are darker, closer to an OD #7.

Sorry, I don't use humbrol paints, so I really can't help there, but with these pictures you might be able to match colors.
