Rik,

SOL and Dynasty/Coree have several releases in 35th between them which include figures of gals, although some of them are seated if I recall.

If you do a 1/35 figures search at Squadron for these manufacturers you'll see what's available. I've never tried at Hannants, but you could try there as well, as they'd probably be less hassle for you...

Thanks for bringing this up, I've been reading An Army at dawn about the WW2 North Africa campaign and during one of the Allied withdrawls they describe an scene where a brothel owner manages to hitch a ride for herself and 5 employees on the back of a US M3 Lee tank, while I read that I thought to myself what a great diorama, I love the Lee / Grant but have never had an original idea for how to build one into a diorama. Now I know where to look for the appropriate "accessories".

In Tamiya's WW2 Soviet Tank Crew at Rest there's a female crewman, and in Dragon's WW2 Soviet Snipers set, there's a female sniper. Can't think of any other 1/35 female figures from a mainstream injection-moulded manufacturer, though. Those Historex figures are good, though Historex are more like 1/30 than 1/32.

Didn't think that Priesler did bigger than 1/48, but I may be wrong. They do do a range of nude (or dressed in swinsuits) and other females in 1/87. Check out model railway supply sites.

Prieser does make a lot of figures at various scales. You'll have to look through and see if there's anything that fits what you're looking for. Unfortunately it looks like their main site isn't available (?).

Here's a couple of online stores with pictures. Of course there's many more that carry their products.

Virtually anyone who makes 1/35th scale civilians makes female models as well as male models. Verlinden makes some.

Here's an example:

They make one or two other civilian females, as well as nurses.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
