Look around the toy isles. Usually there are a few there with little frogman figures and such.

The below kit has a Zodiac-style boat included. It is for sale at Ebay, way over priced, $60. I have seen them go for much cheaper, usually around $20.

The old Heller (also reboxed by Italeri) is an excellent little Zodiac. Hope you find it. Good hunting.

To make one from scratch wouldn't bee too difficult either. Get some two-part epoxy putty and roll it out into a sausage. Shape into a zodiac shape and taper the back into points. Use sheet plastic for the floor, transom and seats. Detail it with thin sheet plastic and other bits and pieces.
