Here is my Galileo build. Although I posted a video of it before, I recently did a little more work on it and wanted to make a Diorama of it.
The model was entirely air brushed using custom mixed colors to reflect the actual props used on Star Trek. I spoke with Gary Kerr to get the formulas as close as possible. Unfortunately, if you want the model to reflect the actual props, you have to mix them, they don't come in any rattle can colors.
The base was built from scratch and set up to look like a Publicity picture from the series.
The sky backdrop was also Air Brushed.
C'mon, it's not right to use a still from the series and pass it off as a model!

Very cool! I just happened to watch that "Galileo 7" episode last night. 54 years since that aired the first time, YIKES! Thanks for sharing and nice work!
