                        I acquired a polar lights Enterprise kit and I whole hartedly want to light it. From my research, the best/easiest way to do it is withtrekmodeler.com. However, Itryied calling and emailing several times and got not reply. Can anyone tell me what has hpened with them ( if something at all) and if the are altnatives for a complete layman on lighting, electricity and etc?

                        I can't answer that question but if you just want tips and ideas for lighting up your PL Enterprise you might want to check out Starshipmodeler.com.  One of the forum pages is dedicated to model lighting and they have tons of ideas and "how to" info.  The link below will take you there if you are interested.

                        When I ordered from him I had a question and it took AGES to get a reply.

                        Aparently the guy is pretty famous for not responding quickly...if ever.

                        I posted at Starship Modeler about it and all the comments said he's just not

                        a good emailer.

                        Doesn't mean he's out of business, so I'd say no reason to panic until your order is 2 weeks late.
