Great Thread Gang!
My list for kits in plastic:
1) Of course Disney Nautilus in 1/72 or 1/96 scale
2) Discovery 2001 (Non resin, that one garage kit was a bear to put together!)
3) Starship Trooper Model of Roger Young
4) That crazy ship from Battle Beyond the Galaxy, which was used several times in other movies.
www.imdb.com/.../tt0080421
5) Plastic model of Firefly (Serenity) in 1/72 scale.
6) USS Kelvin from Abrams-Trek
7) Rebel Blockade Runner (SW:IV)
8) Ship from the movie Prometheus (VERY COOL!)
9) 1/700 Prometheus and Dadelus from Robotech Cartoon.
10) Ship from Event Horizon (Space Coast Guard Cutter)
11) A vinyl or resin or plastic kit of the Shrike figure from the Hyperion books.
12) A Tardis control room done like the Enterprise bridge kit.
13) Gunstar from last starfighter.
14) Ship from the show Jason of Star Command (Show was terrible, ship was cool).
I know some may groan at my choices, esp the ship from Battle Beyond the Stars (It looked very female if you look at it head on....)
With sci-fi, the more the better. How cool would it be to park a Viper next to a Gunstar, next to an X-wing, near the 80's buck roger ship! Revel in your 70's child hood!!!
