Well, since she's all the same colour I'd paint 'er like a tank, assemble as much as possible and just use an airbrush or spray can to do her all at once. It beats painting the parts on the sprues, then repainting the spots where the parts attached, and then scraping the paint off the places where you want to put cement. I dunno if it's the best way but it is the simplest way and that works for me at least.
