Thanks for dropping in, glad you like it. I am always a little unsure on my weathering.

Bish, Thanks for dropping by. Hey, it is a nice kit if you have the time, opportunity, and of course, the money, I would recommend getting one.

Hi Gamera, thanks for dropping  by. I appreciate the comments on the weathering, I still feel I don't have it down quite yet.

Wow, that's cool! I didn't even know anyone made a model of it. Nice work and I love the weathering.

Hello fellow modelers,

I am speaking, of course, of the Hailfire droid from Attack of the Clones. This is a resin kit from jpg models. Casting is quite good with few bubbles or molding errors. It is a realatively easy build and goes together well. My main concern was attaching the huge wheels to the body. I ended up replacing part of the tiny resin struts with wire. I still think it is a fragile bond but it is holding. I really did not see any other way to secure this as this is how the vehicle is made. Anyway enough rambling and on to some pics.

Thanks for taking a look and please any comments are welcome!

-Stephen
