Thanks!

I should see if the bridge crew matches up scale wise.

Hey that's cool!  Nice job.  Screams for a couple figures.

Thanks,

Bakster

I like it. Looks cool and a nice backdrop to it too.

Thanks! The backdrop was something I put together for some of my Trek stuff, my take on the studio planet set. The front rock is from Vasquez rocks and the back  rocks are from Bronson canyon, so a nice Trek tie in.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm happy how it came out.

Yah AMT really blew it on the kit, and as said they should have had access to at least the plans being that they paid for it!

Oh cool! She looks good to me!

And yeah it's funny that as Midnightprowler stated AMT built the actual prop- ya think the model would be more accurate.

Nice job on the old workhorse. Funny that this kit was so inaccurate considering AMT built the "real" one.

I just finished this for the lockdown GB.

It's a crappy kit, but has nostogic value. I decided to build it OOTB, no mods/additions at all. All I added was glue and paint.

This is the later, 1990, release with clear front windows.

The upper paint is Tamiya Insignia white. The lower paint is Tamiya grey primer.

I clear coated with Tamiya gloss, decaled, the sealed with Tamiya semi matt clear coat.

The interior is Krylon celery with a Tamiya flat black floor and Tamiya gloss black on the seats.
