Knowing how difficult it is to get the compound curves and odd angles of the railings to look right, you're doing a bang up job!
Your work shows meticulous craftsmanship and I too am following this interesting and finely managed WIP.

Thank you for your comments Mike Much appreciated, Instead of trying to put Bends and curves in a long piece if P/E Railing, each bend and curve is a separate piece of Railing. Makes life easier. Her Stack is now done and her Hangers are underway. More to come soon.....Cheers mark
Ok now your just showing off LOL. Actually very interesting and your posts are very helpful for me, I'm gonna flag your WIP so when I tackle my ships I can reference how ya did it.

Surfsup,
I have slowly been following Your build from time to time, mainly because I too am starting to build the Bismarck. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the detail up kit which Must be coming on a slow junk from Taiwan since Dec. In the mean time I have been working on one of the other ships on My project list. The HMS Prince of Wales, which I do have the detail up kit for. First thing I noticed was the fact that it has a lot more detail in the brass etched department than the Bismarck, which has already tested My patience.....namely some parts are just too tiny to even begin to think about trying to glue them on, let alone hold them and I have some very small self grip tweezers. that even with them it's rough. I have been in the HO scale side of the hobby since I was 8 yrs. old back in 1950 and am still a member of the MRR forums........but a lurker on this forum. Still an avid ship builder at heart though......I believe You are doing a fantastic job so far, for I know how hard it is to super detail a ship in the size You are working on.

Keep up the fine work!
Take Care!

Thanks for your encouragement and Comments Frank much appreciated. Do not worry there are times when I have waited for update Sets and sometimes the P/E is so small it is not worth the effort to replace perfectly good Kit Parts with them......Cheers mark
OK onto the fun stuff. Her Fitout has now commenced. Will have more soon.....Cheers mark
Looks very good so far. Will you apply some weathering (darkening all edges slightly, and maybe some dirt or corrosion)?
