My Revell 1/72nd scale U-boat is on the way!

And I'm an American.

Here's why -- I ordered one from White Ensign, in the UK. It should be here in a week or so.

Food for thought for impatient Americans. I might in the end have wound up paying more, but to be honest I was worried about availability of the kit in the US even once it gets here, as I think demand will be high.

They have done a PE set for the kit too (it's been delayed apparently til spring) and are carrying the resin Czechmaster U-boat crew which were designed to go with the kit. There are going to be around 12 different crewmen, but I don't know of they will be all usable together. (Some may be on watch, others may be in action poses, like firing the deck gun).

I have CMK 3 figures set. 1 officer (regular uniform) and two watchers. One watcher wears regular uniform. The senond one - storm coat and hat. The question is: what was the weather?Smile [:)]
