I have both of those kits, the Oryol #40007, and the Goto Predestinatsia #40006.
I've peeked in the box, but not built them. Still in the bags.
They are moulded in Brown, Tan and black plastic, with grey vinyl ratlines and a piece of fabric for sails. The instructions are just exploded diagrams.
Got them at the monthly auction at the local IPMS club meeting. They came from super plastic ship builder, Rod Millard I think. Apparently he didn't want to do them.
