My Bow Section of the Cutty Sark won First Place in the catagory 903 and a special award for creativity. This model was heavily damaged by Katrina. I dismasted the kit, cut off the broken hull, cleaned, stripped, repainted and re-rigged the foremast and jib boom. Now I need to build a case.
Good job Jake. I really like it and it's not going to be as hard to store.

Good to hear from you. Yes, The photo you sent me awhile back of your Bow section blew me away. 1st, a great idea. 2nd A most excellent restoration execution.

I think what you did was not only excellent work, but an extraordinary way of making the most of salvageable parts .Congrats for using the unique parts to creat a unique model.
