The question was about a list of 1/700 kits. Gosh, that's a challenge. I will guess you are interested in injected plastic kits, rather than resin kits.
Possibly from newest to oldest:
Gearing class: Skywave (also repackaged by Midship Models)
Snowman (limited run, available on eBay)
Albatross (old and thin on details, but not horrible)
Sumner class: Skywave (also packaged by Midship Models)
Albatross (old)
Fletcher class: Matchbox (old and quite weak)
Skywave (green box - very old and poor)
Skywave (boxed as USS Callaghan - fairly old and hated by many - I like it)
Tamiya (Round bridge Fletcher - boxed as USS Fletcher)
Tamiya square bridge Fletcher - boxed as USS Cushing)
Benson/Gleaves class:
Skywave made four different sub-groups of this class
Gridley class: four subgroups made by Midship Models - not high quality kits from a beginning mfr
Mahan class: four subgroups made by Midship Models - not high quality kits from a beginning mfr
Four stack destroyers Clemson/Wickes class: Flyhawk - highly detailed and complex kit.
Destroyer escorts were also produced by Skywave.
Undoubtedly, other folks will have comments/ corrections to the above list. One thing certain is that everybody will disagree on the quality of one or more kits. :-)
