Well;

      Hi Al! You are so right. Now there might be something here we don't see. Budgetary restraint ! I have been following what you've been up to through the monthly posts from BlueJacket. Do you guys have a reasonably priced and sized Victory Ship?

       I don't have a lot of space anymore and I still want one in my fleet. I did one in 1/24 but had to give it away when I left California. There was no room for it in the R.V.

Thanks. BlueJacket is way out of my price range and is not the Ideal kit I am looking for.

Or from Iron Shipwrights in 1:350 resin & brass

http://ironshipwrights.com/pages/Decatur.htm

Or in 1:700 scale from Flyhawk as the Ward

Unlike the Revell, they each have the correct decking; steel not wood, and a camber not flat.

Hmmm;

 That is basically do-able with the Revell U.S.S. Buchanon
