For anyone wondering about this company. I highly recommend them! I placed my order around midnight EST, and all items have already shipped!

 

I have found they don't play games. You order it and it ships...period. Lots of other companies send you an email that your item has shipped when they print a shipping label. That's not shipped in my book. Then it sits there for a few days, or more, until the carrier picks it up, or they feel like bringing it to be shipped. Amazon used to ship quick like Megahobby when most of the products were actually shipped from and sold by Amazon.com, but since they let every Tom, ***, and Harry sell through their site you don't know who you're dealing with anymore. Companies that tell you it shipped before it is in the hands of the shipping carrier are being very deceptive. This company Megahobby does not pull that nonsense, they actually ship it. If I need something pretty quickly I go to them.

Has anyone recently ordered from MegaHobby? I am in the process of building the 1/350 HMS Queen Elizabeth by Trumpeter and I am looking for a King George V to continue my Royal Navy Build. It seems the tamiya 1/350 King George is a great kit from the reviews I have read. The problem is finding it in stock from places I frequent like squadron, scale hobbyist, and Sprue Brothers.

A google search brought me upon Mega hobby. They have it listed as in stock there, and the price is great. It also says that all in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order.

Are they too good to be true? If people have good experiences with them, then I am ready to order now and place the King George on the shelf to start some time after i am done with my QE.

I used them to get my 1/200 Trumpeter Titanic. I also used them to get quite a few other things. So far they have been perfect. Quick shipping and dependable. I have ordered from them in the past 2 or 3 months. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
