Micro Crystal Clear is good;

 I am unaware of costs there, It's been many years since I tread the fine soil of your land.

Most likely the standard RLM 72/72 splinter pattern on upper surfaces and RLM 65 undersides.

Theres a pretty funny video of an Arado trying to keep up with a ship that's underway and hook itself up. At one point it hits a big wave head on and the engine falls off.

If you haven't read the book by the highest ranking surviving officer, you should.

Among a lot of fascinating details, he tells of a plan to put the ships logs and other documents into one of the float planes and set it adrift for later collection by a U boat, which never happened.

that sounds very interesting GM , don't suppose you know the name of the book ?

started on the boats , they are that fragile , the airbrush could damsge them .

thats the boats done , not looking forward to painting though , the boat 2nd from the left , the framework just disintergrated , found a fret from the arizona 1/350 , was something like it , you shouldn't see the difference from any sort of distance .

my main hassel now knox , is when I ordered the PE for it , it all arrived except the main sheet of railing , it took 2 months for pontos to send the replacement parts , jan 2nd , still waiting . it was ordered through BNa model world . as I said still waiting .

I've had to end up using the generic kit supplied railing , 4 months is long enough to wait in anyone's language , I'll never buy pontos again .

this is where I am up too .

still got stuff to do , boats , weathering etc . the rails are a bit wobbly , but I'm getting better .

If you weren't an ace at photo ask before you sure are now. This is looking really great. How close are you to coming down the homestretch with it?
