                        Does the Panda Arleigh Burke Class USS Winston Churchill (1/350) come with enough PE railings to cover all the decks? It looks to me like there is far more PE included than required for the main deck.

                        It does, but it's heavy, clunky, out of scale, and hard to work with because it's stainless (at least in my kit it was).

                        I would strongly recommend the White Ensign PE set.
