Why no 1/32 LEM ??
Posted by patton45 on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 1:08 PM

Have always wondered why the LEM was never offered in 1/32 or larger. If there ever was a kit to detail and make a kick ass diorama, the LEM would be it.

The lunar rover too!

Every other US space ship has been made in 1/32 or larger.  Why have they ignored the best one?

Probably too big for most modelers' space.

Accurate Models had planned to release a kit, but the project has been on hiatus because person doing the design work, John Ortmann Jr, died in 2009
