I recall reading a couple of years ago that someone was planning to come out with some PE to jazz the old bird up a bit. I've held off building the model while waiting for the set to come out. I would say that the antenna support could definitely be done in PE. The handrails would probably not work with PE, as they are a little too thick. Maybe PE for the supports, and stryrene or brass rods for the rails themselves. In the end, maybe I just need to build it and not worry about it looking perfect!
