I'd go witih the 8" hold and fold and if you want, his cylinder rolling kit is a bunch of different sized wood dowels a stepped block and a couple small steel rods for rolling brass. The 8" hold and fold has quite a few more sizes of "fingers" for folding.

There's a whole little review/explanation of the tool at aircraft resource center...go to the "tools n tips" section, the click on "tools" from the list, then scroll toward the bottom...it's on the last row and is labled "photo-etched"
