I just read this in FSM, but it works, cause I just used it. A good way to keep those windows in place is to use some clear tape behind them after the glue has dried. Packing tape is what I used, and it worked like a charm, it adds a lot of strength.

That's what I used for my B17. I used liquid masking for the tiny windows and Tamiya tape for the larger ones.

So long folks!

Glue for clear parts

I;m about to glue the small clear windows on my B-17. I am going to use Formula 560 canopy glue, does anybody know if this is strong enough to hold the windows in place. I;m afraid once I start masking these windows for airbrushing they may fall into the model. Anyone use different glue.
