Found that i can create my own highly machineable sheet and bar stock using Alumilite's Regular casting plastic.. Simply mix 1:1, pour and let set 5 min. It cuts, sands shapes GREAT!! I also molded a 6 inch piece of aluminum bar stock, then cast the mold w. the plastic and have a plastic bar stock that machines nicely on my lathe.
