This fellow Chuck Bauman makes some claims that aren't quite true.
"FYI,
the high-priced ($150-$300) "American" and "Japanese" airbrushes are
really made in China as well and they are identical to these. In fact
these are the exact same airbrushes out of the exact same Chinese
factory as the fanny high-priced "Japanese" airbrushes but without the
fanny high-priced name or the illusion of being an airbrush that isn't
made in China. As a smart shopper you can just buy direct from the
factory in Hong Kong and save 90% !!!! "
Ken Schlotfeldt has assured me that Badger airbrushes are 100% made in the USA.
How did Chuck come to the conclusion the Japanese airbrushes are really made in China?
If they were identical, then parts would be interchangeable. I think you will find that they are not.
When someone tries this hard to sell something, I have to question his motives.
