I usually spray the hull 1st.Then I spray the basic deck and glue it to the hull then I assemble the superstructure parts,paint them, then glue them to the model,adfing the sub assemblies as i go along.Thats the way I usually procede,it's comfortable for me,some might do it different,it might work for you or a variation.
