Thinning Humbrol varnishes?
Posted by Pompounette on Monday, June 29, 2009 6:23 AM

Hi there,

Hope you had a nice modelling week end! I am about to use the Humbrol gloss and flat varnishes , could someone tell me whether I need to thin them before airbrushing? My model kit dealer told me there is no need, but to be honest, the flat one seems to be a bit thick in the bottle.

Thanks

i use humbrol paints but havent tried the g/coats or m/coats. is it similiar to mm dull coat? that aside i always thin my paints...even if the guy says not to for you i might consider it!
