Its taken sometime to complete, but its up and running. The shell is plywood, with a single light and a shaded pole blower for suction. I'm starting with a dimmer for the fan until I'm sure that full blast is ok. If it is, I'll switch the switch for a switch. I had to scratch build the exhaust adaptor with a few parts from the Home Depot, but it works. Last on my list is a removable window insert so I can paint indoors and then remove the whole setup to the garage for storage.
I thought that I'd post a few pics and when its received its trial under a live fire I'll post the results. BTW. the blower is ~140cfm the same as the Pace booths. To give you and idea of size, the filter is a 16x20.
I almost forgot, how do you oil these motors??? The plate says too, but I'm not 100% sure how to do it.

I updated the design by moving the motor to the side. After figuring out how to add oil etc... it made more sense to put the motor sideways. The oil file hole is now up and works just fine.
