Badger 350 slow flow

Thanks! I watered down the stuff 1:1. I added a couple drops of liquitex Slow-dri blending medium. I haven't found an airbrush supply area near me but I am gonna check a place tomorrow. I dropped the PSI to about 27-30 and it worked fine. Oddly I tried the next day and it kept clogging up. Turns out it was just too darn hot outside. I cleaned out the brush, took it all into the basement and it worked fine.

Note that Airbrush cleaner is not a retarder. A retarder is an additive which extends the drying time of the paint.  Retarders may be found at art supply stores - some of the oft-mentioned brands here are Golden and Liquitex. You only need a small amount, perhaps 2 or three drops per airbrush jar of thinned paint. Be aware that if you use too much retarder, your paint may not dry at all. I'm not at all sure how your Citadel paint will react with retarder, so it's advisable to test first on something expendable.

This sounds like a classic case of "tip dry". Paint builds up on the nozzle and dries, blocking the flow of paint.

This is a frequent problem using acrylic paints. You can add an acrylic retarder to your paint mix to slow the drying rate, and have an alcohol soaked swab ready to wipe down the tip when this occurs.

I'm also thinking that your pressure is set too high and may be accelerating the onset of this problem. Try dropping your pressure to about the 22-25 PSI range and see if this helps.
